16 Oct Photonic & Plant Units: Fees for late cancellation

On the photonic and plant units, more and more microscopy slots are not honored or are cancelled at the last minute.

To keep the loss of unused slots to a minimum, a new pricing system will be implemented – on theses 2 units – starting the first of January, 2024:

– Any slot cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. We remind you that in this case, you can cancel the booking yourself.

– Any time slot cancelled between 24 hours and 3 hours in advance will be charged at 50%.

– Any time slot cancelled less than 3 hours in advance will be fully charged.
