27 Aug Arivis 4D major update

We have updated our Arivis software to the latest 3.3 release!

If you are working on imaging systems such as confocal, spinning-disk, light-sheet or 2-photon, you know that you can produce a huge amount of data… which Arivis can handle without constraints…

In fact, it works with any 2D, 3D and 4D images of almost unlimited size, independent of available RAM.

At the BIC, we specifically enjoy Arivis for its stitching and alignment abilities. It allows us to perfectly combine many z-stacks in a single volume up to several hundred gigabyte or even terabyte in total file size. But it is not all it can do… it also offers advanced tools for quantification (including machine learning) and 3D visualization.
