Last September, Gothenburg University welcomed the last two training school of the NEUBIAS project. Fifty participants from all over Europe gathered to get trained either to the basics of Image Processing with ImageJ and CellProfiler, or get insights about scripting using ImageJ, Groovy, Matlab and Knime.

Next events from our network will take place in Szeged, Hungary, from January the 27th to February the 2nd.

During the first four days, two teaching schools will be organised one about scripting, one about advanced Image Processing workflows “deconstruction”. As a joined event, the annual NEUBIAS symposium will also take place.
