28 Sep Imaris day on the Photonic Unit of the Bordeaux Imaging Center

The Bordeaux Imaging Center, in collaboration with the company Bitplane, organizes an Imaris day on the imaging facility the Thursday 19th October 2017.
Imaris is a powerful software, available on the Photonic Unit of the BIC, dedicated to 3D reconstruction and analysis of your multidimensional acquisitions in microscopy.
A general presentation of the last version of the software – Imaris 9 – and live demo will take place in the morning. The afternoon will be dedicated to an hands-on session to allow you to test the software on your own images : 30 minutes will be dedicated for images of each participants to treat their acquisitions.
